I think back to the first chapter of the first book of the Bible and note that there were few details between the creation and the “fall”.  The one thing noted was the existence of a single rule – don’t eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  Everything else was fair game.  Eat what you like, work in the garden as much as you like, play as you like, sleep as you like.  This was the ultimate of the Outback commercial – no rules, just right.  Well, one rule – don’t eat from that tree.  You know the story.  Temptation was too much to resist, and the woman took the first bite, followed by the man and then the blame game began.  I have a wonder if this concept also translated to the animal world.  After all, we shut the bathroom door and it takes Jake about 20 seconds to come and try to open it.
